Well I Believe This is It
Well this is the beginning of my last quarter; I know where I am going to be for the next couple of months. It is going to feel kind of weird since I haven't achieved anything with great importance lately. Feels good but yet sad, I've been in this situation before were those crossroads have become much too familiar. I am going to see my Math teacher soon to get my last of my letters of recommendation, probably going to work on my personal statement soon.
Saw my parents today, they came to visit briefly. Everything was good; my mom asked me today when I was going to graduate as if she didn’t know. It has been edged in stone for quite sometime now and I’ve told her many times. My dad was same old same old; he sat on my couch and went directly for the remote to watch some sports. I guess you can’t blame him.
Did most of my laundry too, I think I have too many clothes. I should probably give some away since I don’t think I should have that many. About the jobs, well I think I will be ok, I’ve been getting a lot of calls and I have many options, on my last interview I didn’t tell them about law school, I lied through my teeth and told them that I wanted to get into the industry to expand my knowledge and wisdom, the interviewer liked my answer, I had a big smile when he was looking down to my resume, I quickly changed it when he looked up.
I have a 9 o’clock class this is a relief since last quarter’s 8 o’clock class was hard to get up for. Alright going to watch some TV so I can get sleepy until next time.

The last thing I did in college was to finish a paper. Winter break had already begun and everyone was gone. I was in the library alone. Very anti-climactic.
thats cruel, did you have law school in mind as we were finishing your undergrad??
Not at all. I decided to go back to law school only after a few years of work.
